As Head of Supply Chain and part of the senior management team role at Smiths Detection, our expert encompassed all areas of supply chain management including; purchasing; stores; inventory management; distribution and planning; supporting both Bio and Chemical detection equipment. Covering a £50m Business sector, our expert had control of a Budget in excess of £25m and also participated and supported a cross-divisional matrix group set up to review all areas of cost management.
